I am looking for someone to book my appointments by calling my clients on Mondays and Tuesdays and scheduling 15-20 appointments for me spread over Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of the same week. The successful candidate must know the lower mainland very well in order to schedule the appointments in the most efficient manner possible, taking travel times between appointments into consideration. You must be available to receive callbacks Monday through Friday from people who you aren't able to reach on the first call and have left messages with. It does not matter where you work from as as long as you have a telephone and internet access. The ideal candidate is already doing this type of work for other professionals and is looking to fill an additional 6-8 hours a week.
