You MUST have at least two years of experience writing applications using Visual Studio 2010 or higher with a SQL Server 2008 backend and you must have worked on, and preferably been a lead developer on, a medical billing project. Since you'll work from home, you'll need a quiet, kid-free place to work for 9-10 hours every day. You must have a "7 of 10" level of expertise with each of the above which you'll have to prove and defend in several deep-dive interviews. With limited supervision, *you* will assist in formulating/defining system scope and objectives through discussions, research, and trial&error to develop and refine information systems for all levels of medical staff. We design, code, prototype, test and iterate more often than writing long specifications.
