Reporting to the Senior Clinical Implementations Manager as part of a multi-disciplinary implementation team, this Subject Matter Expert will work with new (often tech-savvy) users during the process of configuring, training and providing user support of PointClickCare. This individual is a criticalpart of theinterface with new customers to ensure they have a successful launch. This individual will assist the customer to maximize the use of PointClickCare application and implementation of their appropriate business practices. Excellent interpersonal skills and problem solving ability will be key attributes of the right individual. This position will primarily work remotely out of their home office with travel to customer sites as required.
