We are always on the lookout for GREAT Virtual Assistants. We start all new virtual assistants out with a small client that may be only 2-4 hours per week. We ask that you prove yourself before we make you eligible to take additional clients or larger clients. During this time, you will be expected to keep standard office hours. We do not have any positions that are strictly data entry or typing. Potential virtual assistants who do not meet the requirements will not pass the interview process. The types of positions we typically hire for include: Licensed Real Estate Assistants; Real Estate virtual Administrative Assistant - EXPERIENCED ONLY; General Virtual Administrative Assistant; Telemarketing/Cold Calling and Social Media/Internet Marketing Virtual Assistant.
When we interview new Virtual Assistants we look for people with the following qualities: Willingness to step out of your comfort zone and learn new things. Willingness to go above and beyond the job description. Willingness to make cold calls. Positive attitude. Previous experience as an administrative assistant, either bricks-and-mortar or virtual assistant. Availability to work Monday-Friday during regular business hours. Availability to answer the clients phones.
