Virtual Administrative Office Assistant. This is a part-time contract position and available to a flexible individual living in central Vancouver, who can work out of their home office and meet in our office once a week. Your duties will include, but not be limited to: Data entry, editing & formatting of letters, documents & spreadsheets; Preparation of PowerPoint presentations; Bookkeeping, payroll, payables & receivables processing; General office & human resources duties.
The successful applicant will be able to respond to different issues with efficiency and effectiveness. Although we will provide job specific training, our ideal candidate would already have: MS Office Suite, Simply Accounting & Adobe Acrobat proficiency; Excellent organizational ability; Excellent written and verbal communication ability; Strong attention to detail; Strong typing skills (55 wpm minimum); The ability to multi-task.
