Job Description

You will be answering inbound and outbound calls. We are a contact center for some of the nations leading corporations. We strive to provide an unmatched quality of customer care and business management to our clients with virtual technology. Our clients are pleased with our highly qualified, motivated, and well trained staff. Employees are able to work and train from the comfort of their own homes! We currently employ people across the United States. We hire in the states and geographic locations based upon our clients needs at any given time. To qualify for this position you must have extensive customer service background and skills. You must be able to type efficiently and accurately. There is no cold calling or telemarketing within the position.
