We perform business to business telesales and prospecting on behalf of high technology clients. Our staff is comprised of telecommuters who are seeking a stable, professional full-time or part-time work experience. Work schedule is flexible, typically 10-35 hours per week. Pay rate is a fixed $15.00/hr, with occasional commissions in addition. Position involves a variety of business-to business telesales oriented projects: including mailing follow-up, lead generation, inquiry qualification, database development, list cleaning, product sales, surveys, marketing research. Employment requirements: Bachelors degree or higher; Previous business-to-business or corporate sales experience or previous high tech experience, such as systems, programming, network administration, etc; Home office with computer running Windows; Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week on a flexible basis. Additional Skills: Field or inside sales experience in a business-to-business environment; proven track record in cold calling, sales prospecting and appointment setting; ability to engage on the telephone; strong probing skills; understanding of large organizations and their decision making processes; understanding of sales pipeline; ability to work to targets; basic understanding of IT infrastructure and industry terms; attention to detail; excellent oral and written communications skills; proficient in MS Word, Excel, email and use of the Internet.
