Job Description

We are looking for a few bright people to join us in developing the best software in the HVAC industry. Responsible for handling technical support to end-users over the telephone as well as the development and updating of manuals and help files.

Must be technically knowledgeable and able to relate well with customers. Familiarity with Microsoft Word for Windows and Windows Help file development a plus. All open jobs offered are subject to specific job skill requirements.
