Job Description

Virtual Assistant. I own a virtual assistant business that is based in North East Philadelphia and I am searching for a LOCAL team member to join my organization. Please note the following: 1) This is a permanent part time position. Hours are flexible, however, I need to have someone who can work the majority of the hours between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. THE DAYS/HOURS ARE FLEXIBLE but daytime hours are necessary to complete most of the projects. 2) You can choose to work from my professional office (zip code 19115), or work from your home. There may be a need to pick up assignments or meet with potential clients/existing clients. In the beginning/training process I would prefer to have you work in my office. 3) This is a 1099 contractor position that may eventually become a salaried position. 4) You are required to maintain your own office equipment, fax, supplies (except for special projects), internet and phone lines, cell phone, etc. 5) Payment is once per month approximately the 15th of the month. All time sheets have to submitted and approved by the client prior to payment to the team member. 6) You will be required to track your time accurately and honestly using TimeTrax software that will be purchased by my company, and remains the property of DVA. 7) You will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement, a non compete, and an contractor agreement. There may also be a need to sign a specific agreement with a special client project. 8) Hourly rate will depend on experience, testing outcome, abilities, and time spent on the team, ranging from $12 to $15/hour.

There are specific criteria I am searching for, and would appreciate responses to this posting that meet MOST the criteria listed.
