Virtual Administrative Assistant. We are seeking a part-time (approximately 10 to 15 hours per week) Communications and Administrative Assistant who will assist the association with our communications activities and other administrative tasks as needed. Responsibilities include: Day-to-day content updates to our website. Tracking and analyzing web site traffic. Reviewing and upgrading site to ensure consistency and quality of design and user-friendliness. Assist with Association publications and printed materials including layout and design and work with printer. Assistance with administrative tasks relative to Associations educational events/programs including managing registrations, assisting with mailings and other related tasks as needed. We are a small office environment (1 full time and 2 part time employees) located in Newton, however, much of the work is web-based and can be done from your own location. This will be a contract position, so benefits are not available.

Qualifications: Must have excellent communication skills, writing skills, computer skills including html skills, Microsoft Office. InDesign or similar design software experience preferred . Must have excellent organizational skills and be an effective problem solver. Must be flexible, and able to work independently with minimal direction. B.A. or equivalent, reflective of necessary skill sets.
