Virtual Administrative Assistant. We are a virtual administrative company located downtown Toronto. Our business is providing virtual office support services to individual and start up companies. We are currently seeking a part-time administrative assistant to assist one of our clients. This position will be part on-site and part telecommute.

Must have a minimum of 1 year experience working in a Mutual Fund environment. A minimum of five years experience providing administrative assistance to senior management. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience working in a technology-driven environment is a must. Exceptional customer relations and organizational skills. A self-starter with proven time management and problem solving skills. Ability to work outside of regular business hours, on occasion. Post-secondary degree/diploma a definite asset.
