Virtual Administrative Assistant. Small Real Estate Business desiring to grow much faster needs a Part Time Personal Administrative Assistant to work at owners Home Office, out of office and at their home on occasion if necessary. This persons role will be to assist a very busy RE professional with staying organized, handling in/out-bound and follow-up phone calls, filing, book keeping, lead management and generation from a provided source. Very flexible hours, can discuss days and time to work, and can work other jobs. 10-20 hrs/wk, usually schedule 2 days a week.

This person must have a positive attitude and be able to deal with a stressed overwhelmed boss, be able to work in two person home office environment and at their own home on occasions without supervision. The Applicant needs to have an AA Degree, be a TRUSTWORTHY organized self starter with common sense, be personable, persuasive and communicate well on the phone, be computer literate, be able to handle Internet Research and have good MS Office knowledge, especially Word, Excel and Outlook. Real Estate Interest and own Laptop is a plus, but not necessary. Causal Environment.
