Job Description



Virtual Administrative Assistant. A Registered Investment Advisor is looking for a part-time administrative assistant for 10 to 20 hours per week. The position has flexible hours and can be completed remotely 70% of the time. Duties: General administrative duties including typing, filing, scanning, copying and mailing. Input client and prospect information into the CRM system. Manage the calendar of the President. Make confirmation calls and setup appointments with clients and prospects. Assist with coordination and on-site registration for workshops and other events. Complete new account paperwork and submit electronically to the custodian. Organize periodic client mailings including quarterly statements. Provide client service on the phone as required. Attend client meetings. Interact with service providers as needed. Develop understanding of FINRA & SEC regulations to support compliance. Compensation: This is a contract position which pays $12 - $14 per hour depending on experience.

Requirements: Must have previous experience working for a Registered Investment Advisor, Family Office or Securities Broker Dealer. Strong communication and organizational skills required. Must be able to type 50 wpm. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Previous experience managing CRMs is preferred (SalesForce or Redtail).
