We hire the most talented professionals, with a minimum of three to five years multi-specialty transcription experience. Before they can become a Medical Language Specialist (MLS) with us, our recruits go through a rigorous testing and interview process. Those that pass enter on-the-job training program and then undergo quality assurance testing in which 100% of their work is audited until they reach a consistent quality level of 98 to 100 percent accuracy. Subsequently, each MLS must undergo periodic performance evaluations for report accuracy and productivity.
