Our primary focus is acute care transcription, but we occasionally hire for clinical and radiology accounts. By joining our team, you will become an integral part of an organization totaling nearly 2,000 domestic MLSs working in a setting that is uniquely built around our customers and employees. Compensation Highlights: We offer competitive CPL rates based upon years of experience, work types transcribed, and test scores. We pay on a 65-character line, including spaces. We offer direct deposit and pay bi-monthly. We provide medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short and long-term disability and life insurance for full-time employees. In addition, we have a company-matched 401(k) program and paid time off.

MLS Requirements: A minimum of five years of current work experience in acute care transcription, preferably with a strong background in operative notes. Candidate must have recent full-time experience working in a large acute care setting of 50+ dictators. Candidate must be willing to work at least eight hours on a weekend. Preferred schedules are Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday. Part-time status requires a minimum of 20 hours per week, with at least eight hours on a weekend. Candidate must be willing to work with ESL (English-as-a-Second-Language) dictators. Many of our clients have at least 40% ESL dictators. High-speed internet access required. Transcription Platforms.
