Job Description



Quality Assurance agents listen to other agents handle calls and rate them on their performance. The Quality Assurance positions include but are not limited to the monitoring of: customer service phone calls, technical support phone calls, and technical support emails.

Depending upon the complexity of the job, training may take from 1-3 weeks.
