Our Authors develop questions for our evaluation Question Set (Qsets). Each multiple choice question includes specially constructed potential answers - and explanations for each answer. Questions are grouped into Qsets that are used in a technical interview. Authors are an integral part of our system. Authors see the value of the questions they write by earning royalties each time a question is used. Our Test Advisors play a key role in the development of our IT skill assessments which are extensively utilized to find the ideal candidates demanded by the job requirements at our client organizations. Our Test Advisory Panel consists of individuals who have extensive hands-on experience in their technical field of specialty. Key roles on the Advisory Panel include, Author, Question Reviewer, Test Reviewer and Interviewer. We select a limited number of individuals to be Advisory Panel Members; however, there are often openings in existing skill areas or in new skill areas.
To qualify, a prospective Test Advisor must have extensive experience in a specific technology and strong written communication and people skills. Test Advisors are smart, enthusiastic and have fun working with technology. In addition to reviewing tests or writing questions, some of our Test Advisors also provide interviewing services for some of our clients. All Test Advisors are actively employed in their areas of expertise. Their role on the Advisory Panel is performed on mutually agreed upon time and schedules. Many perform new assessment beta testing, an uncompensated activity, simply for the intellectual benefit of being on the panel. All Panel Members are eligible for the Advisor Reward Program, our way of saying thank you to our dedicated Advisory Panel Members.
