Office Assistant. A Santa Clarita non-profit organization is looking for a computer-proficient, organized, multi-tasking office worker. This employee could work on a home computer most of the time, coming into the office for a few hours each week. Duties include: Quickbooks entries and reporting; Mass emails and mailings; Banking duties: prepare/make deposits, account reconciling; Non-profit filing; Ordering supplies; File organization; Database management and Picking up registration forms from schools throughout Santa Clarita. Hours: 25-35 during August, September, and January. 20-25 during other school months. 15 during the summer. Pay - $14-18/hr Depending on experience and skills.
Skills necessary: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Quickbooks (solid knowledge). Korean speaker (we need a translator) and Webpage maintenance skills are helpful, but not mandatory.
