Due to expansion, we have opportunities for employment in our unit providing technical support, customer service and sales in an inbound contact center environment. In this position, you will be responsible for answering questions regarding our clients products and services in a sales-oriented, team environment. What makes us different from the competition? Looking for flexible, energetic representatives with a strong attention to detail. Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment to deliver measurable metric results. The technical support representative is responsible for answering Inbound Telephone Support calls to support products such as desktop computers, notebook computers, and more. The technical support representative must remain informed and trained in current technology and have excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills. In addition, in order to be considered for a work from home position with us, there are some technical requirements your computer must have to run our software and connect to the our network: Pentium 4 process or equivalent; 2 GHz or faster processor; 2 GB of RAM; 20 GB of available hard drive space; Soundcard; DVD player drive; Broadband internet access through cable or high-speed DSL and a dedicated work space from which to work.
