Bookkeeper. LLC is looking for a Part-Time (few hours a week) Bookkeeper for their office. Ideally looking for someone who has experience with Quickbooks and web publishing (a/r through Internet Advertising). Candidate will be expected to come onsite occassionally, but should be comfortable working from a home office or remote location. We are a small business (around 9 employees), and run our payroll through ADP. The role of the Bookkepper will be to assist in keeping our records clean and up to date on a biweekly basis to assist us in running reporting (sales, expenses, forecast bugeting) and ultimately keeping all of our accounts accurate and up to date. All checks, bills, rent, deposits, banking visits are currently made by our staff. Initially, Bookkeeper will not be expected to handle these activities directly, but work with us to ensure bills are up to date and our books are updated to reflect these transactions.

Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliation, cash and accrual accounting, payroll, monthly closing and reports. Sound working knowledge of QuickBooks. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent telephone manner and email. Well organized ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
