Job Description

ATTORNEYS: Talented and experienced attorneys have a very viable new career option that provides a variety of flexible or full-time work options. Thats why hundreds of topnotch attorneys are turning to a new way to practice law. They come to us for a host of reasons, whether it involves having too little time for outside activities, lack of interest in the partnership track, wanting to spend more time with family and friends, or the unexpected circumstances that arise in everyday life. PARALEGALS: We work with highly qualified paralegals to help them find unique, appealing positions. Our paralegals work in a variety of settings ranging from in-house legal departments to small, large, or mid-sized law firms. Depending upon the paralegals preferences and the particular needs of each client, assignments can be short-term, long-term, assignment-to-permanent, or permanent.

ATTORNEYS: Our attorneys have excellent academic and professional backgrounds. Many graduated near the top of their law school class and have worked for some of the most respected law firms and corporate legal departments in the country. In their search for better work+life balance or control of their schedules, they found us. PARALEGALS: Our Paralegals are highly credentialed professionals who bring a wealth of experience to the positions in which they are placed. Typically, our paralegals have a B.A. or B.S. degree (with at least a 3.0 grade point average), a paralegal certificate from an accredited program, and a minimum of three years of applicable work experience.
