Job Description
An award-winning publisher and leader in web-based publishing and online marketing in the B2B space is searching for a Compensation Specialist on a contract basis to write articles on trends and hot topics within compensation for our newest compensation products. Articles will focus in the following areas: Benefits and Total Rewards. Broadbanding. Benchmarking. Incentive versus Bonus. Sales Compensation Plans. Compensation Strategies. Performance Appraisals.
The ideal candidate will have experience with surveys and data, and writing job descriptions. Online internet services background and/or CCP designation a plus.
