Administrative Support. We are seeking a part time administrative assistant on our high volume team. We are interested in a dynamic individual who has an understanding and appreciation of customer service. Approximately 10-15 hours per week. Work from home. Multiple Listing Service data entry. Processing all paperwork associated with offers. Updating customized database. Filing, faxing, copying. If you are professional, have a positive attitude and are looking to be a part of a winning team we would like to hear from you.

The ideal candidate has previous real estate experience and possesses the ability to work independently from a home office environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office a must. Real Estate software knowledge a plus. We desire a person who has the following qualities: Attitude above all else positive. Excellent communication and people skills. Professional in appearance and mannerisms. Self Motivated to exceed client expectations 100 percent of the time. Values customer service. Friendly and likeable.
