Administrative Assistant. Memorial Foundation is hiring a part time Administrative Assistant to work 4 hours a day on Mon-Wed-Fri. Respond to general inquiries by phone, letter and e-mail. Process mail, make bank deposits and enter credit card transactions. Maintain member, donor and volunteer data base. Provide general administrative support and other duties as assigned.
Ability to perform duties with a minimum of supervision, well organized and detailed oriented. strong written and verbal skills with a diplomatic and supportive style. Working knowledge of using standard office equipment and office computer programs like Word and Excel.
