Administrative Assistant. Looking for experienced administrative assistant to assist sales representative for a private wealth management firm. Applicant will preferably live in the Reno, Carson City, Kings Beach, Truckee, or Incline Village. Duties include: Setup and coordinate meetings, general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, emailing and handling clients day to day needs. Compensation contingent upon experience. Opportunity to work from home.
Qualifications: preferably 5 or more years of experience in administrative work. Applicant must be: Highly organized, proficient in excel and outlook, and knowledge of telephone protocol. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type 50 wpm.
