Administrative Assistant. Admin position for a small but advancing company. Not looking for someone to grow into the postion! Two executives will need everything from travel arrangements, keeping the office organized, following up with clients and just generally making everyone look much smarter then they are in real life. Position will include some telecommuting but more in office. A little flexible on the schedule but will require at least 40hrs a week! No part timers since our business is growing there will need to be a level of commitment. Depending on the level of experience would be willing to review at 30 days. Money is not so much the issue as experience and ability.
Must have 3-5 years of real admin experience not just answering the phones or light filing. MUST be proficient in Microsoft Office suite (not just surface level experience) and type at least 40wpm. Key position in organization so not just a warm body will do. Great opportunity for the right person with the right background and experience. Some driving within the local area to complete certain tasks (shipping and supplies) Must live close to Gold canyon, no long commutes!
