Administrative Assistant / Office Manager / Word Processor. Looking for Creative, Independent, and Organized person to help create the perfect semi-automated back office for a Construction Company. Must be prompt, friendly, and professional. Residential Construction Admin/ Project Management experience preferred. Responsibilities to include: Creation of automated Forms and Construction Documents. Creation and Implementation of Document Control System. Creation of Project Files and Binders. Implementation of Web Based Project Management System. Data Entry for Contacts. Preparation of Contracts, Subcontracts, Specifications. Creation and Distribution of Bid Documents and RFIs. Filing. Anything else you can think of to help company grow. You must be a self motivated person willing to work independently. Hours are flexible.
Must be an expert in Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook. Experience in Power Point and Construction Accounting Software a plus. Must be Tech savvy.
