Job Description
Accounting / Administrative Assistant. I have a wide variety of administrative needs. All on the phone or email. Purchase parts Accounts Receivable: Record Sales Invoices. Record Sales Payments Accounts Payable: Record Vendor invoices. Process Vendor payments. Other Regular Duties: Obtain Freight quotes. Phone calls to customers to update database. Other misc. office duties as requested.
Experience with Outlook a plus. Prior experience with Quick books. Knowledge and Skill Requirements: Must have own computer (Minimum: Windows XP). High Speed internet preferred. Phone with Long Distance. Quickbooks experience REQUIRED. Experience in Microsoft (2007) Outlook, Word and Excel REQUIRED. 10-key skills.
