A Mystery Shoppers is helps a business increase its sales and improve employee customer service awareness. As a mystery shopper you will visit the store and shop for/purchase products or services using a predefined questionnaire and or script, unknown to the employees of the store. Once you have completed the shop you will complete an evaluation/report forms and provide the feedback back to the client.
Skills Required: Very observant, Neat Professional Appearance, Good memory, Reliable Transportation to Multiple Store Locations and Capable of completing and reporting forms in a timely manner.
