Job Description



Customer service positions include: processing hotel or airline reservations, handling requests for forms or publications, helping customers resolve billing issues, accepting their catalog orders or answering customer inquiries about store hours, locations and products. The customer service representative will interface with customers by phone and sometimes by email. Agents may be trained to work on commercial contracts or for government agencies. Training typically takes 1-8 weeks depending upon the complexity of a particular position.
