Job Description



Virtual Real Estate Assistant. We are seeking someone with real estate office management experience or a working knowledge of the brokerage business. This is a single position, you will work remotely by email, phone and our Internet based system. We will hold weekly phone conferences to update statuses, upcoming sales, etc. You will coordinate listings and closings with the agents.

We are a residential brokerage company that relies heavily on its online systems and therefore relies heavily on quality people to operate them. Need to be familiar with the following: Local MLS system(New Orleans and Baton Rouge). Board contracts, forms, etc. LA State licensing transfer forms and process. Compiling Sales reports You will need: high speed internet connection, reliable cellular or landline phone service and ability to scan documents. Skills needed: manipulation of photos to be uploaded to our system and the MLS, Reconcile escrow account, ability to make deposits and manage commission payments. Compensation will be transaction based combined with a fee schedule. A specific list of duties and processes will be used.
