ROLE SUMMARY The Director Global Marketing, Vyndaqel CM will be responsible for partnering with the CM Global Marketing Lead to lead in the development and execution of the specific areas of the global launch plan for the cardiomyopathy indication, which is currently in Phase 3 development. Vyndaqel is approved for the treatment of TTR-FAP in several markets. The person will also lead several cross indication initiatives for both the CM and FAP indications such as patient identification and patient support services. The individual will partner with the CM Global Marketing Lead and will act as lead on specific projects for the TTR- CM indication. They will also work alongside the regional marketing leads for International Developed Markets (IDM) and Emerging Markets (EM) to align on and execute the global launch plan and ensure launch readiness in these markets. Close coordination and alignment with the commercial lead for cardiomyopathy will be critical to ensure that the global and regional strategies for the asset and franchise are optimized. The ability to lead and coordinate across multiple teams and launches in global markets requires an experienced launch and/or new product planning skill set for this position. This position reports to the Global Marketing Lead, TTR-Amyloidosis. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES This role will be responsible for leading IDM and EM in market development for the CM indication working with the CM Global Marketing Lead. Lead the regional / country marketing teams in IDM and EM in implementation of global launch plan to ensuring Launch Readiness milestones are achieved for the IDM and EM regions. Lead in the efforts to enhance patient identification for CM and TTR-FAP and help to develop platform programs that can be utilized by the regions and countries. This effort will include co-leading the patient identification effort with BAI, leading the genetic screening platform development, and leading best practice sharing across regions and countries. This role will also lead with global advocacy and community engagement activities supporting the Rare Disease Community Engagement group. Other areas of involvement and/or responsibility include: Evolution of patient journey and insights Core asset development activities, including branding elements and positioning frameworks Assist CM Lead with Product differentiation based on market needs and product label alignment Competitive insights and strategy planning Lifecycle planning Input into market access strategy Assist in the development of operating plans and associated budgets Review and calibration of long range forecasts (LRF) Make appropriate strategic and investment recommendations to Global Innovative Health and Pfizer governance, including Rare Disease BD-PC, Operating Committee & LT, DevCo, PSI and BDC as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: BS/BA required, advanced degree preferred 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry commercial experience, preferably with 5+ years product marketing experience Prior experience in global marketing and commercial strategy with knowledge of asset development, launch experience, and/or in line marketing preferred.
