Your Function:

As the Processing Administrator, you will enter new business and payments in the appropriate systems for funding, invoice generation and payment purposes. This position is responsible for contributing excellent customer service and satisfaction, which is key for the Commercial Finance business.

Day to Day:

  • Processing invoices to ensure approved orders are invoiced
  • Review invoices and match to correct order approval
  • Process cash applications to ensure accurate and up-to-date dealer accounts
  • Assist in vendor funding process to ensure accurate and timely funding
  • Generate and provide business partners concerned the agreed information/documentation
  • Enter all dealer, vendor and plan data in receivables systems to ensure business can be processed
  • Use feedback to improve own performance in order to attain operational excellence

    Your Profile:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in administrative job
  • At least a 2 year degree required
  • Operates and thinks within few strict procedures and instructions
  • Actively looks for feedback to improve own way of working
  • Works within approved procedures
