HEA-Employment.com is hiring! With a variety of work from home jobs available, HEA-Employment.com may be a perfect fit with your skills and experience. We are currently looking for home typists, data entry professionals, customer service representatives, sales representatives and recruiters. We have a growing business and we are in constant need of new telecommuters. All of our employees are allowed to work entirely from home. Not only do we provide customers with work at home jobs, we also hire virtual assistants every year. Applicants hired will be independent contractors. All Independent Contractors will need to complete an Independent Contractor Agreement Form, a W-2 Tax Form, a W-9 Tax Form and a 1099 MISC Tax Form after they are hired. Any applicant that is considered for a position will be contacted by email or phone within 2 weeks of their resume submission. We will provide and request any additional information at that time.

Why You Should Work from Home with HEA-Employment.com?

All the positions can be performed entirely from home. There are no location requirements; you can work in any city, state or country. These work at home jobs are temporary and part-time (10 to 15 hours a week). If your work is satisfactory, the position will become permanent and full-time (30 hours or more a week). You can work any day of the week and any hour of the day. Experience is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided. All you will need is a home computer, text editing or spreadsheet software (NotePad, WordPad, etc.), reliable email address and an Internet connection with a DSL or high speed connection. Quick and Easy Hiring Process

The hiring process works on a first come first hired basis. Once you submit a resume, it is placed in a resume database in the order that you applied. We are always in need of new employees and hire more than 20 new workers every year. Once a new job opening becomes available, we will contact you.

Home typists will use word processing software to type, input, edit and produce letters, forms and other documents from digital files or rough drafts.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Process files ranging from 10 minutes to 2+ hours.
  • Use word processing software to input, edit and produce documents within established quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Type a minumum of 40 words per minute.
  • Requires prompt turnaround from the time of assignment.
  • Past experience with transcribing in MS Word and Excel is a must.
  • Successful candidates for this position are detail and process oriented.
  • Ability to type for extended periods and produce high quality documents.
  • Exhibit a high degree of accuracy and exceptional grammar and proofreading skills.
  • Must be responsive, dependable, reliable and can function effectively independently.

Data Entry Professionals

Data entry professionals will need to search the Internet to find jobs, locate and verify the positions and enter the job details into an online database.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently navigate keyboard to achieve performance goals.
  • Process a minimally acceptable number of information per hour.
  • Ability to perform repetitive functions with minimal non-productive time.
  • Search the Internet for job opportunities related to our website objectives.
  • Perform company background checks and verify positions through consumer agencies.
Requirements:
  • Previous clerical or data entry experience.
  • Must be extremely detail oriented.
  • Intermediate MS Word and Excel knowledge.
  • Type a minimum of 60 words a minute with a 5% or less error rate.
  • Must be able to multitask, proofread and work with cutting and pasting.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with PC, mouse, and alpha-numeric touch typing with minimal error.

Online customer service representatives needed to answer emails, Skype and instant messages from new and existing customers.


Primary Responsibilities:
  • Up sale new or additional services.
  • Provide the best service possible to customers.
