| For all of our home business packages, you must have access to a MAC or PC compatible computer with a DOS, Windows 3.1, NT, 95, 98, 2000, XP, Vista or higher operating system. We also recommend VGA or SVGA, 16MB RAM or more, 1GB hard drive space and a Windows-supported mouse and printer. Speakers, DSL Modem and a Sound Card are helpful, but not necessary. A CD-ROM drive is also recommended, however if you do not have these drives on your computer, the information can be sent by email or over the Internet.

| Once you order a home business package, you should receive the package within 1 to 2 weeks. The Medical Transcription business packages may take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive because of the amount of items in the package. The Medical Billing business packages may take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive because we keep a limited number of medical billing software on site. This software is constantly being updated and changed and we have to make sure we have the most recent version of the software available. On rare occasions, we may run out of books or software and have to reorder a new shipment. If this happens, it may take 3 to 4 weeks for your package to arrive. However, 1 to 2 weeks is the normal amount of time.
You should be able to get started as soon as you read the business books, manuals and textbooks and learn how to use the software that is included with the package. Many of the books included with the packages can also be used as references for people who already have experience in the field.
